Tile & Grout Cleaning

Using chemicals specifically designed for your floor type, combined with specialised machinery, we’ll do a deep clean of the area; targeting stubborn grime, dirt and stains. Sealing your floors afterwards is optional but highly recommended. This protects and extends the longevity of your fresh floors and grout.
Cleaning & Sealing
From $15 p/m2
Using chemicals specifically designed for your floor type, combined with specialised machinery, we do a deep clean of the area; targeting stubborn grime, dirt and stains. A sealer is then applied in either matte, satin, gloss or wet-look finish. This protects your floors and makes your regular cleaning easier.
Stripping & Sealing
From $20 p/m2
We remove existing coats of sealer to create a fresh canvas. We then do a deep clean with specialised equipment and solutions, formulated for your floor type. This lifts the dirt and grime to the surface which we then extract. New sealer is applied in your desired finish to protect and make regular cleaning easier.
Tile Regrouting
From $35 p/m2
Using specialised hand-held tools and machinery, we remove your grout safe and efficiently, without damaging your tiles. We then mix the grout, based your colour choice. Our grout has a strong uniform colour, reduces efflorescence, mould and is polymer fortified (flexible), reducing the likelihood of cracking.
Antislip
From $35 p/m2
We clean and dry your floors with specialised equipment and safe chemicals. We then apply a chemical designed to increases the coefficient of friction that is invisible. Sealing your floors afterwards is optional but highly recommended. This protects and extends the longevity of your now slip-resistant floors.
Wood Waxing & Buffing
From $15 p/m2
Sanding and lacquering wooden floors is expensive. Our specialised machines buff impurities and produce a high shine finish, revitalising the wood and amplifying its natural colour. A satin option is also available. We recommend sealing afterwards to protect the surface area and to make regular cleaning easier.
Efflorescence Treatment
From $35 p/m2
Efflorescence is the formation of salt deposits on or near the surface of the tile and grout. It presents as a white, salt-like residue. Our technicians mix a solution specific for your floor or tiles to safely and effectively remove efflorescence and rust deposits, whether it’s internal or external to your property.
Shower Restoration
From $350 *
It’s like an instant yet functional face-lift for your shower. From a shower-base regrout and fresh silicone (to stop leaks) to regrouting all of your shower’s walls, new silicone and sealer to protect and make regular cleaning easier. Shower restoration is our most popular service. We also do minor tile repairs.
Silicone Replacement
From $25 per meter
We carefully cut any existing silicone, removing traces of failed or worn out silicone. We clean and prime the area before applying industrial-grade, mould-resistant, waterproofing silicone in your choice of colour. We then shape it to ensure perfect, seamless lines and apply a smoothing agent for a flawless finish.
Tile Repairs
From $40 per tile
If you have cracked or missing tiles, simply provide us with spare or matched tiles of your choice. By hand, we remove the partially or cracked tiles and any existing glue. We apply water-resistant, flexible quick dry adhesive and lay the tile. We then regrout to match the existing grout colour to blend perfectly.
Polishing & Resurfacing
From $40 p/m2*
Using pads infused with microscopic diamonds, we buff out any scratches and imperfections in your stone or concrete floor. Depending on the type of floor and desired finish, we select the appropriate diamond pad to achieve this result. Suitable for all natural stone and tiles. Sealing is also highly recommended.
Grout Colour Sealing
From $35 p/m2*
We use a durable epoxy-based coating that refreshes and seals existing grout; allowing you to change your grout colour to suit your interior or update your look. While we do offer this service, we recommended a total regrout. It’s a similar cost and new grout lasts longer than essentially painting the existing grout.

** Min. charge for service is based on a single shower (900x900mm), base regrout and base silicone. Additional charges apply for efflorescence removal, double showers and heavily damaged areas. We are transparent in price and will always advise prior to commencing any work of costs. For more complex tiles, such as mosaic and intricate designs we will advice of additional costs.
We charge a call out fee of $150, which is recouped within cost of service. Prices ex. GST
